Teen Energy Reset - Ages 13-17

A gentle, intuitive session designed to support teens through emotional overwhelm, stress, and the pressures of growing up.

Adolescence can be an intense time - with shifting emotions, identity changes, social pressure, and a nervous system that can easily become overloaded.
This session offers a calm, private space to release what’s been building, regulate the system, and reconnect with a sense of balance and clarity.

Each session is tailored to the individual, supporting:

* anxiety, stress, and emotional overwhelm
* low mood or lack of motivation
* confidence, self-esteem, and identity
* feeling disconnected, shut down, or “too much”

During the session, your teen will receive a personalised energetic reset in a safe, grounded environment where they can fully relax and be themselves.

Afterwards, you’ll receive a short insight into what came through, along with gentle guidance on how to support them moving forward (where appropriate).

A small crystal, intuitively chosen and attuned to them, is also included for them to take away.
You will be sent a form, please fill this out and return to me at least 24 hours before your session.
