The Ark Monthly Reset is designed to gently clear, rebalance and refresh your system, helping you maintain the shifts already achieved through your Full Spectrum Healing journey.

Think of it as regular maintenance for your energetic wellbeing, allowing you to leave with that magic of feeling lighter, refreshed, clearer and more aligned.

Many clients choose to book this session every 4–6 weeks as part of their ongoing wellbeing routine.

During your session you’ll receive:

The Ark Monthly Reset is designed to maintain the work we’ve already done together. If, during your session, it becomes clear that there’s a deeper layer ready to be explored or cleared, I’ll gently recommend a Full Spectrum Healing session so we can give it the time and attention it deserves.
