Children's Energy Reset - Ages 4-12

A gentle, intuitive session designed to support your child’s emotional world, nervous system, and overall sense of calm.

Children often feel and carry far more than they can express.
This session offers a quiet space for them to release what they may be holding, regulate their system, and return to a place of balance and safety within themselves.

Each session is tailored to your child, supporting:

* emotional overwhelm and anxiety
* sensitive or neurodivergent nervous systems
* confidence, calm, and emotional regulation

During the session, your child will receive a personalised energetic reset in a calm, nurturing environment.

Afterwards, you’ll receive a short insight into what came through, along with gentle guidance on how to support them at home.

Your child will also receive a small crystal, intuitively chosen and attuned to them, to take away.

You will be sent a form, please fill this out and return to me at least 24 hours before your session.

By tuning into their unique energy, this profile highlights their sensitivity, emotional patterns, and what they may be holding beneath the surface, along with gentle ways to support and nurture them as they grow.
